Samples

I am offering one free sample per Customer. if you would like more than one sample there will be a small charge  to cover the cost of the materials and postage of £1.00 per extra sample.

If you do place an order after receiving the samples any money paid will be refunded aginst the final total.

If you would like to order a sample please EMAIL me your name, address and the design you would like a sample of.

Ordering

If you would like to place an order for your invitations then please email me the amounts you require and i will get back to you with the price.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure your order. No work will start until the deposit is paid.

The balance of the payment is required before the shipment of your order.

Delay in payment at any stage will result in a delay of your order.

We except payment by cheque (made payable to Inviting Wedding Invitations) or on line via PayPal (an invoice will be sent by email).

Proofs

If you are happy with the design and i will email you a sample of the insert to approve once the wedding details are provided. Once you are happy with the proof i will complete the order.

Or you can have a hard copy of the proof if you would prefer, this will be made up and posted out to your desired address. Please be aware that a hard copy will take longer to arrive and will slow the order down.

Production Time

Once the order is placed i will email you to advise of a production time scale for your order. large order can take 4-5 weeks to complete depending on work load at the time of the order being placed. small orders will be sent out very quickly so if you do only need a handfull of cards please don't think that you will have to wait 4-5weeks.

Shipping

Full orders will only be shipped once the final 50% is paid, so if you delay on payment your order will be late arriving.

All order are posted out via recorded or special next day delivery.

P+P will be applied to your order on placemet from the following totals:

1-49 cards: £6.00

50-99 cards: £9.00

99-199 cards: £20.00

200+ cards: FREE

Cancelations

The 50% deposit will be non-refundable once the order is placed as this is to cover and material and time that is spent producing the order.

if the order has been completed and you cxl the order when the final payment is due the order will still have to be paid in full. This will be due to the time and materials spent on the order.
