Postage Rates

I offer a very fair postage and packing rate on all parcels with a low rate for samples. Plus a FREE p+p rate for orders over £300.00.

Delivery Times

Orders are subject to a 6 week production time so please be patient and i will email you as soon as the parcel is due to be posted or has been posted. Most orders are posted via Interlink Express and will be with you the next working day. So please ensure that you have provided a postal address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
If no one is in to take the parcel i cannot be held responsible for any additional re-delivery charges that the currier may impose. All orders will be securely packaged and i cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged by the carrier.

Payments

All payments are taken via Paypal or Cheque – please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment. Please note that i cannot take orders via the telephone or via email.

Missing parcel

All small wedding orders are posted via the royal mail and in the unlikely event that the item doesn’t reach you please contact me immidatley and i will chase the item up for you.
All large wedding orders are posted with Interlink Express and will be guaranteed next working day. If this doesn’t arrive then i please contact me and i will chase the parcel up and let you know what the holdup is.

Returns

I cannot except return on personalised stationery if you decide to change your mind. I am happy to except returns on other items that can be resold. In this case the item(s) must be in unused and original packaging, soiled or damaged goods will not gain a refund.
