Production Time

  Current production time is 7-14 days

Any order placed with Inviting Wedding Invitations is subject to the following terms and conditions. 

Ordering:

Once your order has been placed and paid, all items required for your stationery will be ordered and proofs emailed to you. If however you cancel your order before it has been made we have the right to retain 50% of your order value (minus postage) to cover material and labour costs. If however your order has been produced then the full balance is payable/retained to cover all costs involved (minus postage). 

Processing:

We will not process any order unless payment for the order has been received. Changes to your order: If you do not add any colour/layout change requirements to your order* as a message or via email your order will be completed in the standard colours/layout as pictured or listed, then any alterations/replacements that have to be made will be charged to the buyer in full (including any additional postage fees).* Even if you have had a sample which had a colour change specified you still need to add the colour change to the full order. If no colour is specified your order will be sent in the standard colours as shown on the website for that design. 

Proofs:

All invitation wording is emailed for proofing before anything is printed and only once confirmation that the proof has been checked by the buyer will the order be processed. If an error is spotted when the stationery arrives then any alterations/replacements that have to be made will be charged to the buyer in full (including any additional postage fees). 

Cancellations:

Once your order is placed and processing any cancellations of items will result in the full balance being retained (minus postage). If you have items that are outstanding on your order that are due to be completed just prior to your wedding date then we require 6weeks notice before the wedding date that they are no longer needed to gain a partial refund on the order. If you fail to do so your balance will be retained in full to cover labour and material costs. 

Returns:

The Buyer will upon delivery, examine the goods and will notify Inviting Wedding Invitations of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. In default of such notification, we shall be deemed conclusively to have properly performed our obligations in relation to the purchase and sale of the goods.If an error/fault is discovered, we must receive the original, incorrect/faulty stationery before the amendments are made. Postage will be reimbursed if the error is ours
